Shipping Rates
We deliver all orders, large and small, to any location within the European Union. Under certain conditions it is also possible to deliver to addresses outside the European Union. We offer all transport options and choose the most suitable logistic solution. We send international shipments complete with all necessary documentation.
We always try to deliver an order consisting of several articles in one package. If you order items with different delivery times, your order will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries. This does not affect the calculation of shipping costs.
The shipping costs depend on the following factors:
- The dimensions of the item
- The weight of the item
- Country of destination
Below are the conditions and costs for shipping to the most common countries. For other countries, these costs are on request. You always have the option to choose EX-WORKS as shipping method. In that case you can arrange the shipment yourself. Of course we always have the possibility to make you a nice offer. Please indicate it in the remarks if you choose this option!

Orders up to 60 kg (parcel delivery):
Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship all orders up to 60 kg with PostNL or via DHL. These packages can be followed with a track and trace code.
Orders above 60 kg:
Orders over 60 kg are shipped via a carrier that specialises in transporting heavier and larger items. Our carrier will deliver orders to you on working days. On the day of delivery you will receive a message from our carrier stating the expected delivery time. If you are not present and the goods cannot be delivered, we are unfortunately forced to charge double shipping costs. Our carrier comes with a truck WITH a tailgate. The carrier will drive the order to the location you have indicated, unless this is not possible due to circumstances (gravel path, thresholds, unpaved road, etc.). Always report any damage to the order on the delivery note. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any damage without this report.
