Customer experience Systemair
Partly with the help of a Huvema HU 250 CS cut-off saw, Systemair can ensure that its air treatment units can be transported as carefully as possible !
Systemair
Systemair, is one of the market leaders in the field of ventilation and climate control with branches in 52 countries. Modular air handling units are manufactured at its factory in Waalwijk. In the Systemair factory in Waalwijk, over 130 people are involved in assembling, modifying, building and preparing air treatment units.
Thanks to the HU 250 CS cut-off saw, the air handling units can be transported carefully and easily
Systemair recently started using Huvema's HU 250 CS cut-off saw. The reason is that Systemair wants to make the transport and placement of its air handling units as careful and easy as possible. Air handling units can vary from small to large in both size and weight. To be able to transport these units properly and neatly, Systemair makes holes through which robust metal pipes are inserted to transport and install the units.
The dimensions of these pipes can vary, and Systemair also uses considerable quantities of these tubes. To work as flexibly, quickly and cost-effectively as possible, Systemair likes to keep the production of these profiles to length in-house.
Another Huvema cut-off saw!
Systemair had been working with a Huvema HU 250 cut-off saw for years. This was the predecessor of the HU 250 CS model. Unfortunately, after years of loyal service, the machine had reached the end of its service life at Systemair. Thanks to its positive experience with the Huvema crosscut saw, Systemair decided to make an appointment at Huvema's showroom. Together with one of our sales advisors, we looked for a successor model to the previous cut-off saw. This turned out to be the HU 250 CS! After approval, the order followed and one day later, the HU 250 CS was in place in Waalwijk, ready for use!
The advantages of working with the HU 250 CS cut-off saw for Systemair:
- Systemair can cut the pipes to size quickly and in-house, which means that "missing out" is not an issue (anymore)
- This ensures that the products can be delivered or installed quickly, thus increasing customer satisfaction
- Transporting air treatment units in this way is safer, which is more pleasant for Systemair employees
